The reception of the groups (from 10 persons) is only on reservation, either a self-guided tour or a guided tour.
For security reasons and visitor flow management, groups will not be admitted without prior reservation.

All cancellations should be in writing (email or mail) and within 7 days of the visit. If not, the reservation service will charge you for detailed tours in the reservation file.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR GROUP VISITS
To help make your visit more enjoyable, group visits are spread evenly over the day, so reservation is compulsory. Due to the high number of reservation requests received, we recommend that you reserve at least two weeks in advance for an unaccompanied visit and three months in advance for guided tours.
A group can contain between 10 and 25 people depending on the area visited (including tour guides).
It is essential that the group arrives at the group area 15 minutes before the specified time in order to organise any additional equipment and for the group leader to purchase tickets. Payment for tickets should be made on the day of the visit via cash, bank card or cheque. Mandats administratives (government-issued payment orders) are also accepted, though these are only accepted for fees for guided-tours.
Group visits are permitted under reservation within the opening days and times of the museum, with the exception of Tuesdays, 1st January and 25th December.
